Returns & Exchange

We are happy to exchange or refund any purchase within 14 days as long as the item has not been worn or soiled. All returns must be in their original packaging with all labels, stickers etc attached, You must pay the cost of postage and this will not be refunded to you The item(s) will be credited to your payment method within 14 days of receipt of the goods. (Please note that this excludes any products made to your bespoke requirements – in these instances we strongly recommend that you are confident about the sizing and spelling of names etc before ordering.)

Shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receiving delivery.

We do extend our return period over the Christmas period to cover early purchases.

We recommend that you test the fit of any pumps or jig shoes on the carpet to avoid marking the soles.

Please note that wigs or earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. If you need help with colours or sizes please contact us before purchasing.

If you need to return an item please enclose a copy of your order or order number with your goods.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return unless the item was sent out incorrectly or is faulty.

We do recommend that you send any return on a recorded delivery service as we are unable to exchange or refund until it is has been received in house.

The postage cost of sending out replacements will be charged to the customer. Please include this with your return or pay by Revolut

If the original item was sent out incorrectly or is faulty then the replacement item will be sent out postage free and the cost of returning it to us refunded to your card.

If you are in a hurry for the replacement item then we recommend that you reorder the correct item(s) from our website and then send the incorrect item back for a refund!
